Machinery commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSSQ 71118 & NSSQ 58386. These publications will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective February 28, 2026. As such:

• Effective, February 28, 2026 the updated NSSQ 71118 & NSSQ 58386 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by February 1, 2026.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
