Public tariff announcement NSRQ 4900

Empty car, passenger car, locomotive and railcar part commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 4900. This publication will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective February 8, 2026. As such:

• Effective, February 8, 2026 the updated NSRQ 4900 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by January 20, 2026.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
