Public Tariff NSRQ 4900, Effective 07.01.2026

Empty car, passenger car, locomotive, and railcar part commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 4900. This publication will be adjusted to reflect current market conditions effective July 1, 2026. As such:

• Effective July 1, 2026, the updated NSRQ 4900 rates will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by June 11, 2026.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
