Cementitious commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 32411. The mileage-based rating scale contained in this publication will be adjusted to reflect current market conditions effective July 1, 2026. As such:

• Effective July 1, 2026, the updated NSRQ 32411 rates will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by June 11, 2026.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
