POSTPONED – YOU’RE INVITED, PLEASE ATTEND – Kansas City and St. Louis Town Hall – Norfolk Southern Upcoming Operational

The launch of the International appointment system at our Kansas City, MO and St. Louis, MO facilities will be postponed from the initially announced go-live date of Monday, August 24, 2026. This decision was made to allow additional time to ensure a smoother implementation and provide the best possible experience for our logistics partners.

In addition, we are also postponing the associated town hall events outlined in the email below to allow their dates to align more closely with the updated go-live timeline. We will provide rescheduled dates for the International appointment system launch and town halls for both facilities in the very near future.
