Industrial Sand (SAND) commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 14413. This publication will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective January 15, 2026. The updated rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by December 26, 2025.

 

CURRENT USERS – Log in to AccessNS – once logged in, go to the ribbon, and select “Plan” then click “Price Publications” on the drop down.

In the “Price Publications” window make sure you are on the “Search Publications” tab. From there, type in the respective “Publication Number” (the number, not text, 14413) and click “Search”. The contract will populate for the respective Publication Number. Unroll them using the arrow under the “Actions” column. From there, you can see the section number and effective dates. To download to PDF, Excel, or CSV, navigate to the desired section and click the desired format in the same “Actions” column to initiate the download.

NEW USERS – Registration – Please select “Create An Account” and complete the form with your contact information, role, and company.
