The severe winter weather in the Memphis market has challenged the pace of outgates, causing significant congestion at our Rossville facility. As a result, effective Monday morning, February 2, at 12:01am local time ingates will close to Domestic shipments billed to Rossville (Memphis) from the following origin terminals:

• Charlotte
• Croxton
• Jacksonville
• Miami (FEC)
• Morrisville
• Rutherford

The reopening of lanes addressed above will be announced on a future service alert, however, please plan for the gates to be closed for a minimum of 48 hours.
