Chicago Landers – Period of Terminal Inaccessibility

Beginning Monday, April 29, at 7:00am and concluding at 2:00pm local time, Western Avenue between 74^th and 79^thStreet will be closed to accommodate funeral services at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel for an officer who passed in the line of duty.

This road closure will completely prevent truck access to our Landers Intermodal facility. Drivers should plan gate activity outside of the hours outlined above to avoid severe delays.

Caution should be exercised when navigating near the facility and drivers should be aware of changing traffic patterns and increased pedestrian traffic in the area.
