Cementitious commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 32411. These publications will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective January 1, 2026. As such:

• Effective, January 1, 2026 the updated NSRQ 32411 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by December 10, 2026.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
