Sharonville and Cincinnati (Gest St) Appointment System Go-Live: Monday, May 4, 2026

Effective Monday, May 4, 2026, appointments will be required for all drivers picking up or dropping off international containers at Norfolk Southern’s Sharonville, OH facility, as well as for drivers picking up containers at the Cincinnati, OH (Gest St.) facility. We encourage all of our International dray partners to create an account with Blume as soon as possible to begin building familiarization with the application ahead of the go-live date. To maximize throughput and efficiency at Sharonville, dual missions – completing a drop-off and pickup during the same visit— are encouraged and can be created on the Blume platform. 

Resources will be on-site the week of Monday, May 4 to assist drivers.  The Drayage Community is encouraged to begin using the Appointment System now and to also utilize the Blume tutorial links below to become more acclimated with the Appointment System prior to Go-Live:
