POSTPONED - Planned EDI Update

The EDI update previously announced on August 7, and originally scheduled for 6:00am to 9:00am EDT, Sunday, August 11, has been postponed due to weather related concerns. We will provide more information when a new date and time for the update has been determined.

 

 

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Service. Create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

  1. Click the “Create New Case” button with in AccessNS
  2. Enter the details of your question or issue
  3. Submit your case

 

While we work to resolve your case, you can monitor your case status directly from the dashboard.  You can also share case information with your colleagues or third-party partners by adding them as an Interested Party.
