Planned EDI Update

ATLANTA, GA

NS has scheduled an EDI update from 6:00am to 9:00am EDT on Sunday, August 11. All inbound and outbound EDI messages, including billing, grounding notifications, and train movement events will be queued during this period. All stored EDI messages will be processed following the completion of the outage.

 

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Service. Create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

  1. Click the “Create New Case” button with in AccessNS
  2. Enter the details of your question or issue
  3. Submit your case

 

While we work to resolve your case, you can monitor your case status directly from the dashboard.  You can also share case information with your colleagues or third-party partners by adding them as an Interested Party.
