NS Intermodal Storage & Flip Credit Card Payment Portal Vendor Change

ATLANTA, GA

Effective immediately, Norfolk Southern’s Intermodal Storage and Flip Credit Card Payment Portals will operate utilizing a new credit card payment vendor. This change will offer heightened security measures to better protect your information.

 

The web address of the two portals will not change and they can still be accessed via AccessNS or via the direct links below. The look & feel of the initial screens also will not change, however, the screen where credit card information is submitted will have an updated appearance and will now require the address your credit card is attached to. 

 

To ensure a smooth transition, please clear your internet browser cache and close all existing internet browser windows prior to accessing the portals again. If further assistance is needed, please contact ics@nscorp.com.

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Logistics as customers can create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

 

  1. Click the “Create New Case” button with in AccessNS
  2. Enter the details of your question or issue
  3. Submit your case

 

While we work to resolve your case, you can monitor your case status directly from the dashboard.  You can also share case information with your colleagues or third-party partners by adding them as an Interested Party.
