NS Ingates to Reopen East Coast Ports

U.S. dock workers and port operators have reached a tentative agreement, bringing the work stoppage at East Coast ports to an end. Effective 5:00am Friday, October 4, all Norfolk Southern Intermodal facility ingates will reopen to East Coast port destinations.

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Logistics as customers can create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

1. Click the “Create New Case” button with in AccessNS
2. Enter the details of your question or issue
3. Submit your case

While we work to resolve your case, you can monitor your case status directly from the dashboard.  You can also share case information with your colleagues or third-party partners by adding them as an Interested Party.
