AccessNS Login Information

Last week, Norfolk Southern deployed enhanced security protocols for the AccessNS application. The new protocol ensures account login credentials are not shared by multiple users. If you do not have unique login credentials, please register for your individual account by clicking here or by visiting: accessns.nscorp.com and selecting Create an Account.

 

If your previous password has expired, or you no longer remember your password, please follow these steps:

  • Visit accessns.nscorp.com
  • Click Log In
  • Enter your Username 
  • Click Trouble Signing On

 

If you no longer remember your security questions, please respond to the correspondence received from AccessNS and your previous account will be deactivated. Following the deactivation, you will be required to register for a new AccessNS account.

 

 

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Logistics as customers can create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

 

  1. Click the “Create New Case” button with in AccessNS
  2. Enter the details of your question or issue
  3. Submit your case

 

While we work to resolve your case, you can monitor your case status directly from the dashboard.  You can also share case information with your colleagues or third-party partners by adding them as an Interested Party.
