Miscellaneous Construction commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 70022. This publication will be adjusted to reflect current market conditions effective July 1, 2026. As such:

• Effective July 1, 2026, the updated NSRQ 70022 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by June 10, 2026.
  • Current Users – Log in and use future rates (do not change the date) to find the modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Please register and reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
