Cement commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 32411. This publication will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective May 1, 2021. As such:

• Effective, May 1, 2021 the updated NSRQ 70022 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by April 1, 2021.

- Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.

- New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
