If you require access to NS property to perform work, you must submit an application to secure railroad approval. Verbal authorization is not valid.
Entry onto railroad property may require the presence of a flagman. Any inquiries regarding flagging should be sent to NS.Coordinator@RailPros.com.

It will transition to a fully online application system. RailPros provides a fully integrated approach that can advance the work from the initial application until termination of the Right of Entry. The RailPros team will be engaged in comprehensive oversight of the entire process, including application intake, review, approval, preparation and distribution of the right of entry and coordination of protection services, as well as collection of all application and applicable fees.
